RULES/RECOMMENDATIONS:
1. You do not have to ask to join.
2. You NEED to link it back by either comment or note.
3. I recommend you to use SAI or Paint.net or Gimp because paint/ms paint quality will NOT match!!!
4. Take your time while adding your character plz!!!
5. Try not to mess him or the scraf up!
6. It IS ok to make the hair go over the scarf or his hair.

ok, I made a collab for people to join in.
Rpc is 's but she never actually said or did anything with him. So herreeeeee I go again. Becuase he was cute, I used a base to make him be with chakra, but...... chakra is waaaaaay to ugly for him. Ok I try to fix his hair but I realize: I did not improve. Even though it not my rpc, and is mikuo510's, she let to put him on a collab part. so any one want to collab wit him?
